Each rental includes 10 minutes of satellite airtime per week, outbound ground shipping, voicemail access, free accessories, global coverage, and 24/7 support. The first week is paid at checkout. Rentals are invoiced monthly, and any additional rental time beyond the first week is prorated at the daily rate based on the number of days the device is kept during each billing period.
A prepaid return shipping label is required for all rentals and is billed with your order. We provide competitive return shipping rates to ensure a simple, reliable, and cost-effective return process.
Please note: Rental orders ship on business days only. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays, so please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery.
Loss & Damage Protection - Coverage Details

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions
Hidden costs aren’t fun. We believe in giving you all the details.
- You will be billed for the first week rental fee and any additional options selected at checkout. Any additional rental fees or airtime usage fees will be billed monthly.
- Rentals are billed from your selected rental start date through the date you ship the device back to us and are prorated at the equivalent daily rate, excluding time in transit.
- Need to keep it a bit longer? Rentals automatically extend until return, with extended time billed daily at the same rate and any additional usage billed later.
- Minimum 1-week rental fee applies; no credit for early returns.
- 10 minutes of airtime is included per week with your rental and can be used for all calls (except outgoing text messages and calls to non-Iridium satellite phones billed at standard rates) and expires at the end of the rental period.
- Optional airtime Minute Add-Ons can be used for all calls (except outgoing text messages and calls to non-Iridium satellite phones billed at standard rates), and airtime expires at the end of the rental period.
- Standard airtime usage rates apply once included, or Minute Add-On airtime, is depleted or expires.
- Outbound ground shipping is included to arrive on or before your rental start date. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. A prepaid return shipping label is required for all returns.
- Note: Optional Loss and Damage Protection and Optional Minute Add-Ons can't be added once your rental has shipped.
