Plan Terms & Flexibility

- Plans may be changed or canceled once the minimum term commitment is satisfied; early termination fees may apply if canceled before the end of the minimum term
- Early termination fees are calculated by multiplying the monthly service charge by the number of months remaining in the contract term

Here are the important details you need to know:
IsatPhone Global 25 & 75 Monthly Plans
- 30-day minimum commitment; plans auto-renew monthly until cancelled
- You can change between the IsatPhone Global 25 and 75 plans anytime, however upgrading to the Global 200 plan will result in a new 12-month contract (effective the date of the change)
- Unused minutes do not carry forward month-to-month
- Calls to check voicemail are considered outgoing calls
- Additional usage will be billed at the standard airtime rates
IsatPhone Global 200 Monthly Plan
- 12-month minimum term commitment, after which plans auto-renew monthly until cancelled. A fee applies to early terminations (equivalent to the monthly fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the initial term)
- No plan changes permitted during the initial 12 month term
- Unused minutes do not carry forward month-to-month
- Calls to check voicemail are considered outgoing calls
- Additional usage will be billed at the standard airtime rates
