Plan Terms & Flexibility
- 15-minute plan: 1-month minimum term
- 130- and 325-minute plans: 6-month minimum term
- Plans automatically renew monthly for continuous service
- Plans may be changed or canceled once the minimum term commitment is satisfied; early termination fees may apply if canceled before the end of the minimum term
- Early termination fees are calculated by multiplying the monthly service charge by the number of months remaining in the contract term

- Plans auto-renew month-to-month after the initial minimum term until cancelled or changed
- Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time. Cancellations are billed to end of your current monthly bill cycle date or your plan’s minimum term, if applicable.
- Incoming voice calls are free to the satellite phone user with the exception of calls coming through Two-Stage Dialing and the optional dedicated US number (where the user is billed per minute of the inbound call).
- Included monthly airtime applies to landline/cellular, other Iridium phones and voicemail.
- Pool/share monthly voice airtime with users on the same account.
- Additional usage will be charged according to your plan’s published rates. Unused airtime does not carry forward month-to-month.
- Communication taxes (e.g. USF) are applicable starting in the second invoice.
